Once enrolled, you’ll be supported by an experienced and dedicated team, including an Rx Onboarding and Care Coordinator (ROCC) who helps guide your experience and coordinates the right resources based on your needs—including education, insurance support, infusion logistics, and more.

A completed enrollment form activates Scholar Rock Supports. Both you and your prescribing healthcare provider (HCP) must sign the form before support can begin.
Here’s how it works
Complete the Scholar Rock Supports enrollment form with your healthcare provider
Your ROCC can work with you to understand insurance coverage
Your ROCC can support you in identifying and reviewing financial support programs (dependent on eligibility)
Scholar Rock Supports️ will work with your healthcare provider to educate on insurance approvals and coverage
Once your infusion is scheduled, your ROCC helps coordinate infusion day logistics and support
You’ll receive ongoing support throughout your treatment journey from your ROCC and Scholar Rock Supports team️.
Your ROCC is your dedicated point of contact at Scholar Rock Supports—someone you can call to ask questions, talk things through, or get help navigating next steps.
Your designated ROCC will contact you directly once they have received your completed enrollment form.

Commercial Copay Program
As part of this program, eligible commercially insured patients may receive help covering medication and administration costs. These eligible patients may lower their out-of-pocket expenses to as low as

*For eligible patients age 2 and older with a valid ISEMBYLD prescription who are covered by a commercial (private) insurance with coverage for ISEMBYLD that does not cover the full cost of ISEMBYLD or its administration. The Commercial Copay Program provides support only up to the maximum program benefit available under the Commercial Copay Program. Patients are responsible for any out-of-pocket costs once the maximum program benefit is reached. For the full eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions of the Scholar Rock Supports Commercial Copay Program, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

The enrollment form activates Scholar Rock Supports once you and your prescribing HCP have completed, signed, and submitted the form. After it’s processed, your ROCC will reach out to learn more about your needs and help guide what comes next.
